FEAR OF APPEARING EXAMS AND AVOIDANCE.

Why people are scared or avoidant about exams?
FEAR IS JUST PART OF OUR PROGRESS IN LIFE. IF WE UNDERSTAND OUR FEARS IN A BETTER WAY WE MAY FUCTION BETTER.
First and most important aspect regarding our motivation to
appear exams is our attitude
towards exams and the relation
of exams
With our own
life. This must be understood well.

DEMAND V/S PREFERENCE :-
People have got fixed ideas and notions which restrict them
from taking action itself. The biggest problem with most people is they don’t
start it. Starting a particular activity is first and most important thing.
When people start appearing exams and start getting ranks and
distinctions they start getting more motivated.
First thing is “YOU HAVE TO START NOW “keeping all your
doubts and concerns aside?
Most common concern is “I will not get adequate marks” or “If
I get inadequate marks or ranks people will make fun of me.”
This thought of getting criticized is so deep rooted that it
demotivates a person from taking action.
There are many other excuses which stop people from
progressing.
To resolve this issue we have to
change our thinking pattern. We need to shift to preferences from demands.
Preferences motivate us.
We should
keep preferences e.g. “If I get so-and-so
marks / rank it is better. But if I don’t get that many marks it is still ok. I
will try to improve myself in future. Even if at all, people criticize me its
ok. I can still try to improve myself and take criticism in positive manner.”
This preference attitude will motivate
us to appear the exams.
· LACK OF PLANNING :
Another most common factor which creates fear in the person’s
mind regarding exams is lack of planning.
With unstructured and disorganized hard work the person starts getting overwhelmed; assuming it is very difficult to appear
Exams.
So much it do in so less time.
But solution is very simple:-
You should start
planning. Plan beforehand.
Plan
related to study material. Plan your time properly. Plan other materials which may be
needed in exams properly.

POOR SELF IMAGE : / POOR SELF EXPECTATION :-
A person is what he thinks about himself...
If you think “you can succeed” in the given task your. ‘winner
like‘ thinking will motivate you. Your environment. Your brain and most
important your subconscious mind will start supporting you.
If you start thinking “you
can not do better.
You are very
poor in writing skills” . . . then this ‘looser like’ thinking
will demotivate you leading to very sub-optimal results. These
Are the
results which are very low as compared to your actual capacity? Hence it is
very important to
“PASS YOURSELF BEFORE EXAMINER PASSES
YOU.”
Once you
pass yourself it is very difficult for examiner to fail you because your
conviction that you are eligible to get success motivates you and leads to
better hardwork.
IMAGINATION METHOD TO IMPROVE YOUR MOTIVATION.

OUR ATTITUDE
TOWARDS OUR OWN SELF. ACCEPTING OUR OWN SELF AS IT IS. ACCEPTING OUR
IMPERFECTIONS AND TRYING TO IMPROVE THEM IS KEY TO CONFIDENCE. OUR ACCEPTING CRITICIZM,
TAKING IT POSITIVELY WITHOUT GETTING ANGRY ON SELF OR OTHERS HELPS US TO REMAIN
MOTIVATED. FAILING TO PLAN IS PLANNING TO FAIL, HENCE PLANNING
PROPERLY WILL DEFINITELY LEAD US TO REACH OUR GOALS.
